Medallion Hunt - Round 3

New Richland Clue #3
How many of you medallion seekers have looked for me in a park?
Surrounded by some dirt, cement, and grass I am kept in the dark.

The darkness doesn't scare or bother me though.
For occasionally I see flashing lights and a warm holiday glow.

My friends have all been found and I'm the only clover remaining.
Come find me quick before I get chopped up during lawn maintaining.

Congratulations to the Beckstrand family for finding the Waldorf medallion, the Witt family for finding the Janesville medallion, and the Barbknecht family for finding the Waseca medallion!!

Medallion Hunt Clues - Round 2

New Richland Clue #2
I tried hiding in some different spots and just couldn't get cozy.
If you want to find me, you will have to be downright nosy.

Be quiet while you are searching for my spot is somewhat humble.
While you are looking I do not want you to create a rumble.

Colors as far as the eye can see can only mean one thing to me!
For that is where I rest - in a busy place close to a tree.

Janesville Clue #2
I am hiding in a place downright tricky,
Sometimes the smell around me can be a little bit icky.

Most of the time there is a calm relaxing feeling.
Free from buildings, apartments, and any ceiling.

You may think I'm hiding on a piece of Hawaiian land,
I do rest on an island though - when you find me, you'll understand.

Waseca Clue #2
Clues, clues, that seem to make little to no sense.
If you want to find me, check near a fence.

There may be hundreds of fences in this town you say,
But my fence is the best, because its close to where people par-tay!!

Please don't roll your eyes at these very cheesy clues -
Look by a fence and a drain - and you won't have any searching blues!

Waldorf medallion has been found by the Beckstrand family - Congratulations!!!

MEDALLION HUNT CLUES - Round 1

New Richland Clue #1
Waseca County 4-H Week is a time for members and volunteers to celebrate!
With contests, events, and camaraderie, it is sure to be great!

Birds chirping. Sun shining. Spring seems to have announced her arrival.
Could a medallion be hidden amongst the new growth of winter’s survival?

Search high, search low – it could be anywhere within this community.
Don’t forget to check places where people gather to establish unity.

Janesville Clue #1
Here I lay - hiding in Janesville.
Tucked in, resting, and oh so still.

Some trees around at which I can gaze.
Follow the trail and it will be sure to pay!

My view is spectacular - simply awesome!
So get out and look - I'm waiting for you to come.

Waseca Clue #1
Waseca - for an hour, for a lifetime.
By Friday you'll be sick of my rhyme.

So get up, get out, and go look.
I was going to hide by a lot of books.

But, alas I chose a different location.
A water source is close to my hiding destination.

Waldorf Clue #1
I'm a small medallion and I fit well into this small town.
Search high, search low - search all over, up and down.

"On the edge" - thats all the clue you'll get.
Many people at this place have met.

More eastern and more southern so don't go north or west.
If you want to find me, your spy skills will have to be the best.
