4-H LIVESTOCK ID PACKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!! As an effort to conserve paper, we will not be mailing ID packets to each family for every livestock project they signed up for. 4-H families must call, email, or stop in to the Extension Office to request the specie ID’s and information they need.
**You can request Livestock ID Packets from Cheryl at 835-0600 or cleve0065@umn.edu **
All Livestock ID’s are due to the Extension Office by Monday, May 17, at 4:30 p.m. Late IDs have many participation penalties. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
SEVERAL SPECIES REQUIRE 4-H EAR TAGS THAT WILL ONLY BE HANDED OUT APRIL 28 & APRIL 29, SO GET YOUR NECESSARY PACKETS IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.
YOU CAN ALSO PRINT YOUR LIVESTOCK ID PACKETS AT HOME INSTEAD OF REQUESTING THEM FROM THE EXTENSION OFFICE... Go to www.fourh.umn.edu - Click on “County 4-H Web Sites” (left hand side) - Select “Waseca County”. Click on “Publications” (left hand side), ID Packets are located under “Forms”, print and read information you need. Or, you can go to http://www.extension.umn.edu/county/template/index.aspx?pID=4&countyID=83 – look under forms.
